Cuomo criticizes New Yorkers not social distancing as state tops 10,000 coronavirus cases

Andrew Cuomo reminded New Yorkers that not following social distancing rules was endangering lives at a press conference on Saturday, while also saying the state is "literally scouring the globe" to find desperately needed medical supplies for health care workers.
