Meteorologist Mike Woods says you can expect a very chilly start to the day. Mostly sunny skies will return to the Tristate region along with much lighter winds. Highs Thursday will be limited to the low to mid-30s. Clouds will begin to move back into the area Thursday night with temperatures holding steady in the overnight hours.
