2019 NYC crime stats

The numbers say New York City saw record crime lows in 2019. But a closer look reveals that isn't the whole story. Murders were up 7.8% in 2019. Shootings and robberies were up by smaller margins. But officials insist the increases are not a sign of a changing tide. Reported by Stacey Delikat
