South Fork Bakery dedicated staff

Three years ago Shirley Ruch wanted to find a way to pair a love for cooking with a desire to create employment opportunities for some who may have none. So she founded South Fork Bakery in Amagansett, Long Island, where all of the employees have developmental disabilities.
