Bulletproof vest for police dog

Morgan Blann, 7, of Brick, New Jersey, might be small but don't let her size fool you. She has a few more years to go before joining she can join the police department, but she is already helping out in a big way. For her 7th birthday, Morgan sacrificed the presents and asked her family and friends to donate money to help buy a bulletproof vest for a police dog.
