Disaster in Puerto Rico

An extremely dangerous situation is happening in the northwest part of Puerto Rico. Authorities are racing against a clock to get 70,000 people who live downstream of a failing dam to safety. Government officials say they haven't had any communication with 40 of the 78 municipalities on the island since Hurricane Maria slammed Puerto Rico.
