Running of the Bulldogs

Each year, Canterbury Park horse race track in Shakopee, Minnesota, goes to the dogs with its Running of the Bulldogs event. Four dozen canines competed in Monday's race all vying for the title of top dog. All bets are off once the bulldogs are off and running. This year's top dog was Frank the Tank, who won in a photo finish. Frank got a trophy, $50, and a T-bone steak for dinner from his owners.
