Floats and balloons arrive as Macy’s parade prep takes over NYC

From Tom Turkey to brand-new Buzz Lightyear and Pac-Man balloons, crews lined the Upper West Side overnight as 75 vehicles rolled in handcrafted floats for the 99th annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.
