Off-duty NYPD officer killed in hit-and-run on Brooklyn-Queens Expressway

The officer was reportedly on his way to work at the 84th precinct in downtown Brooklyn when he was struck and killed by a box truck. FOX 5 NY's Linda Schmidt reports from the scene.
