UWS residents demand action after pit bull attacks

New concerns are growing on Manhattan’s Upper West Side as residents say the same pair of pit bulls involved in a brutal attack on a chihuahua named Penny last weekend were also responsible for a deadly mauling in January. Newly obtained video, shared exclusively with FOX 5, shows what appears to be the same dogs attacking another small pet months earlier. Residents and victims are calling on the city and NYPD to take immediate action. FOX 5’s Arthur Chi’en reports.
