Man deemed unfit for trial in stabbing death of FDNY Paramedic

The man accused of fatally stabbing FDNY EMS Capt. Alison Russo was back in a Queens courtroom, where doctors testified he is now unfit to stand trial—despite previously being found fit. Peter Zisopoulos allegedly believes the video evidence isn’t real and that he didn’t commit the crime. Prosecutors are raising questions about the change in his mental state.
