Trump, Putin hold high-stakes call

President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin held a high-stakes phone call to discuss the Ukraine war and potential ceasefire agreements. Russia agreed to an immediate halt on strikes targeting energy and infrastructure, but stopped short of a broader 30-day ceasefire. The two leaders also announced a prisoner exchange, with 175 POWs from each country set to be released, along with 23 wounded Ukrainian soldiers. Putin stated that an end to foreign military aid to Ukraine is his key condition for peace. FOX 5 New York’s Sharon Crowley has the latest details.
