Dog found tied to tree in Rockland County

A heartbreaking case of animal cruelty in Rockland County has sparked an urgent investigation. A 4-to-6-year-old Tibetan mastiff was found tied to a tree in Harriman State Park and later euthanized due to severe health issues, including a massive tumor that had metastasized. The Hudson Valley Humane Society is now offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of those responsible. FOX 5's Richard Giacovas has the story.
