NYC donates $7.5M to Queens community groups

As New York City FC (NYCFC) prepares for their home opener at Yankee Stadium this weekend, the club is also looking ahead to its future home in Willets Point, Queens. NYCFC has announced a $7.5 million investment into the local community, supporting public schools, labor groups, and nonprofit organizations. This funding will help expand free soccer programs, provide scholarships for CUNY students, and create workforce development opportunities. FOX 5's Jessica Formoso has the story.
