Westchester woman charged with animal cruelty

A 33-year-old woman from Peekskill has been charged with three counts of animal cruelty after authorities found three severely malnourished and underweight dogs in her care. The dogs—Gracie, Lana, and Giru—were discovered in a crate filled with urine and feces, with their ribs and spines clearly visible due to extreme neglect. FOX 5's Richard Giacovas has the story.
