More traffic cameras for NYC drivers?

New York City drivers could soon face even more traffic cameras under a new proposal aimed at cracking down on double parking, idling in crosswalks, and stopping in restricted areas. The plan, introduced by Queens State Assemblymember Steven Raga, would install 150 new cameras in high-traffic areas across the five boroughs to automatically issue tickets for these violations.
