Bronx driver fined $4K for blocking fire hydrant
A Bronx driver is facing a $4,000 fine after parking in front of a fire hydrant during a deadly fire, delaying firefighters’ response. The FDNY is cracking down on this dangerous violation after two fatal fires earlier this month—one in the Bronx and another in Brooklyn—where blocked hydrants slowed emergency crews from battling the flames. FOX 5's Jessica Formoso has the story.
