Trump admin signals congestion pricing compromise

After revoking federal approval of NYC’s congestion pricing plan, the Trump administration is now signaling a willingness to negotiate. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy says Washington is not entirely opposed to the toll but suggests lowering it to make it fairer for working-class drivers. Gov.
