Hochul blocks extradition of NY doctor

New York Governor Kathy Hochul has rejected an extradition request from Louisiana for a physician charged with prescribing abortion pills to a minor. Speaking at a news conference, Hochul confirmed she has directed New York law enforcement not to cooperate with out-of-state warrants related to abortion charges.
