USDA orders Bird Flu testing for raw milk

The USDA has mandated testing for raw and unpasteurized milk to monitor the spread of bird flu, following outbreaks in U.S. dairy herds. Health officials emphasize that pasteurized milk is safe, as the pasteurization process eliminates the virus. With more than 700 infected herds across 15 states, the move aims to prevent potential transmission to humans.
