LI residents complain of overwhelming plant odor

Residents of Seaford, Long Island say the smell from a nearby wastewater treatment plant has gotten so bad that some days they can't even go outside. FOX 5 NY's Jodi Goldberg talked to several people who live in the area about what they're going through.
