Toddler hit by moped on Bronx sidewalk rider who fled the scene
A 3-year-old girl was walking in front of 3041 Holland Avenue in the 47th Precinct when she was hit by a two-wheeled vehicle operated by an unidentified man, police said. FOX 5 NY's Duarte Geraldino has the story.
