Manhattan DA opposes dismissing Trump conviction
In a new court filing, the Manhattan DA's office says they don't believe Trump's forthcoming presidency is grounds for dismissing his conviction, but they would be open to delaying his sentencing until he is out of office. FOX 5 NY's Morgan McKay has the details.
