Weekend mayhem at the Jersey Shore

In Wildwood, at one point a state of emergency was in effect after the local police department was overwhelmed by calls involving unruly teens. There was also a scare in Seaside Heights over the holiday weekend. FOX 5 NY's Teresa Priolo breaks it all down.
