Rally to ban e-bikes in NYC parks and greenways

A rally was held Wednesday calling on New York City to reinstitute a ban on e-bikes inside parks and greenways. It comes as opponents blame the electric vehicles for a spike in crime. FOX 5 NY's Teresa Priolo has the story.
