Battery Park bathroom controversy

The mother of a four year old boy with a sensory processing disorder says she was fined by the NYPD for letting him pee in the park. She says it was an emergency, because the closest park bathroom was closed. FOX 5 NY's Chris Welch talked to her about what she calls an absolutely insane situation.
