Corona Plaza vendors to return under new plan

Illegal street vendors in Corona Plaza have been a flashpoint for a while, with some saying they drive business to the area while others argue they lead to overcrowding and unsafe conditions. But now, the city says it has a plan to turn the plaza into the first-ever regulated community vending area. FOX 5 NY's Arthur Chi'en has the story.
