NYC charter schools to soon begin new year

The Black, Latinx, Asian Charter Collaborative, or BLACC, was created to ensure all families of color in New York can access excellent, high-quality public charter schools. Now, with the influx of migrant students entering the system, the group said it’s ready to meet the challenges and be part of the solution.
