Bear sighting on the rise

It's been a busy summer for bear sightings across the area, with a recent incident in Westchester County seeing a young boy badly injured. Now, a new law in Connecticut will allow residents to stand their ground and shoot a bear if it threatens to harm them or their pets. FOX 5 NY's Richard Giacovas has the story.
