NYC suburbs push back on Mayor Adams' plan to ship migrants out of city

Orange and Rockland Counties in upstate New York have issued a State of Emergency over New York City Mayor Eric Adams' plan to bus hundreds of migrants out of the city and into the northern suburbs. The state of emergency includes an order preventing hotels from housing migrants in the county.
