Yonkers Mayor facing nepotism allegations over family members on city payroll

Mike Spano, the Mayor of Yonkers, has come under fire for having 14 family members on the city's payroll to the tune of two million dollars. However, Spano is arguing that he is from a large family and that it would be unfair to exclude people simply because they're related to him.
