NYC Public Advocate Jumaane Williams discusses NYC budget cuts, rookie officer shot

New York City Public Advocate Jumaane Williams discussed the mayor's request of nearly all the city’s more than 60 agencies to cut their budgets by 4%, including the police department. He also discussed police officer safety following the shooting of a rookie cop in Queens.
