The growing number of RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) cases alleging violent gang activity by rappers is causing concern over whether law enforcement is going after real criminals or chasing headlines, and increasingly it seems that the line between hip-hop culture and the streets is becoming more blurred.
