Man gets 30 years to life sentence for robbery that led to friendly fire death of NYPD cop

Jagger Freeman, the 28-year-old man convicted of murder in connection to a 2019 store robbery that led to the death of NYPD Detective Brian Simonsen via friendly fire, was sentenced to 30 years to life in prison on Thursday.
