With the clocks springing forward this weekend, the debate about whether to keep Daylight Saving permanently is back in front of mine. Rep. Buddy Carter has sponsored a bill that would keep Daylight Saving year-round. Jay Pea of Save Standard Time thinks the U.S. should get rid of Daylight Saving Time, and keep Standard Time permanently.
