Police still working to identify newborn found in Penn Station
A newborn baby girl was found abandoned on the steps of the 34th Street subway station in Midtown, her umbilical cord still attached. The infant is safe and in stable condition at Bellevue Hospital as police review surveillance video to find out who left her there. FOX 5 NY’s Lisa Evers reports.
