It seems like New York has been taken over by orange and blue as the Mets continue their push to win the World Series. Many eateries and bars are serving up delectable items inspired by the Amazin's team colors.

Few things would be sweeter than a World Series win except maybe but the Mets flavored ice cream from Ample Hills Creamery. Voted New York's best ice cream two years in a row by Zagat and America's Best by Food Network, Ample Hills is not messing around. The Party Like It's 1986 flavor is made with kettle corn-infused ice cream, homemade peanut brittle, and orange and blue M&M's to represent the Mets. Get your scoop while it lasts at locations In Prospect Heights, Gowanus and Manhattan's Gotham West Market.

The Amazin' Mets munchies stretch from borough to 'burbs. We found orange and blue bagels at Lynnbrook Bagels and various Mets baked goods at Riesterer's in West Hemsptead, Long Island.

Meanwhile, back in Brooklyn, you can taste an orange and blue Mets-themed margarita at Calexico. The Mexican barbecue joint is serving the margarita at over five locations between Brooklyn and Manhattan. A Mets fan since birth, Patrick pours it with passion.
