Woman shot dead inside Bronx apartment

 NEW YORK (AP) -- Police say a 32-year-old woman has been shot to death inside her Bronx apartment.

The victim was shot shortly before 7 a.m. Wednesday inside an apartment in the Wakefield section.

Officers responding to a 911 call found a woman shot in the head.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. She was identified as Sarisse Respass.

Police have made no arrests.
