Trump, Clinton deadlocked in new national poll
NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) - Ahead of the first presidential debate of the campaign season, Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are deadlocked, according to a new national poll by Bloomberg.
Both receive 46 percent of likely voters in a head-to-head contest, while Trump gets 43 percent to Clinton’s 41 percent when third-party candidates are included.
More than 100 million people could tune in for what is likely to be the most watched presidential debate in history.
Hofstra University on Long Island is the site of Monday's debate at 9 p.m.
