Trial delayed for Georgia woman accused of stealing classified documents
ATLANTA - The trial for a Georgia woman accused of leaking classified documents has been delayed.
According to Reality Winner's lawyers, they need more time to get classified information to use for her defense.

Her lawyers have also asked the judge to throw out comments made to the FBI about the document leaks.
Lawyers also claim she had not been read her Miranda rights.
Investigators said Winner admitted to smuggling classified documents about Russia hacking the presidential election out of the Augusta NSA office.
Her trial is now set to begin in October.
