In this screen-grab from traffic cameras over the George Washington Bridge, traffic is stopped during a moment of silence to honor the victims of the 9/11 terror attacks.

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey will stop traffic across its three Hudson River crossings four times Friday morning, to honor the lives lost on 9/11/01. The four moments of silence will coincide with those being marked at the memorial service in Lower Manhattan.

Those times are as follows:  8:46 am; 9:03 am; 9:58 am; 10:28 am.
