Suspect escapes custody by jumping out Brooklyn precinct window
NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) - A man escaped from police custody by jumping out a window of a station house in Brooklyn Thursday afternoon. The NYPD says he was arrested on Saturday.
Investigators at the 60th Precinct in Coney Island were questioning Isiah McGill, 36, about a robbery at about 4 p.m., the NYPD.
McGill fled through a window on the second floor "[d]uring the course of the investigation," police said but didn't elaborate on how that happened.
He was last seen running north on West 12 Street, police said.
McGill is 6 feet 1 inch, 160 pounds, and has black hair. He was last seen wearing red pants and a red sweatshirt with "GOAT 23" emblazoned on the back.
