Silver Alert issued for missing 17-year-old NC girl

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. (FOX 46 CHARLOTTE) - The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered woman. 

Caitlin Susanna Adams, 17, is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment. 

Police said Adams is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall, 200 pounds, with shoulder-length brown hair and green eyes. She was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, blue jeans, and gray and white Adidas shoes. 

Adams was last spotted in the 3100 block of Asheton Grove Court in Winston-Salem. She could be traveling in a blue four-door Honda sedan. 

It’s unclear where she was headed but officers believe she may be with two or three male subjects.
