Sheriff's deputies: Kiln man dies after fight with 3 sons

KILN, Miss. (AP) — Sheriff's deputies say a 75-year-old Mississippi man has died after he was brutally beaten during a fight last week with three of his sons.

Coroner Jim Faulk tells The Sun Herald that Lester Bosarge died Monday at a hospital. Faulk said Bosarge suffered from blunt-force trauma to the head.

Chief Deputy Don Bass of the Hancock County sheriff's department says 41-year-old Timothy Bosarge, 47-year-old Ferlin Bosarge and 46-year-old Cartis Bosarge each face a charge of domestic violence aggravated assault. Timothy Bosarge faces an additional charge of disorderly conduct.

Cartis Bosarge and Ferlin Bosarge have been released from jail. Timothy Bosarge remains in jail in lieu of $5,500 bond.

Online jail records do not list attorneys for the brothers.
