Search for armed robbers driving Bentley in the Bronx

Police are asking for the public's help identifying two men seen driving an orange Bentley in the Bronx after viciously assaulting and shooting another man.

Police in New York are asking for the public's help identifying two men seen driving an orange Bentley in the Bronx after viciously assaulting and shooting another man.

The suspects approached a 20-year-old man from behind in the area of Carpenter Ave. and East 241st St. and punched him in the face. They also hit him in the head with a gun, said police. As the victim tried to run away, one of the suspects shot him in the back of his left leg after taking his jewelry and $20 in cash.

The assault took place on Oct. 9 just before 1 a.m.  The suspects fled the scene in the ultra-luxury vehicle with NY license plates.

The victim was taken to Jacobi Hospital in serious but stable condition.

One of the suspects is described as Hispanic, 25 to 35 years old, 6'4" and approximately 220lbs. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweater with the word "Adidas" on the front in white letters, black sweatpants, a white shirt and white sneakers.

The second individual is black, 25 to 30 years old and 5'9" to 5'11." He was last seen wearing a red-hooded sweater, light colored jeans and black and white sneakers.
