The woman who voiced the iconic Disney cartoon character Minnie Mouse has passed away at the age of 75.

Russi Taylor died Friday at her home in southern California, Disney CEO Bob Iger said.

"Minnie Mouse lost her voice with the passing of Russi Taylor," Iger said in a statement. "We're so grateful for Russi's talent as well as the tremendous gift and great joy she brought to everything she did."

Taylor voiced Minnie Mouse for over 30 years, according to Iger.

People Magazine reports she was married to the late actor Wayne Allwine, who voiced Mickey Mouse.
