Buckingham Palace released the birth certificate of the newest member of the royal family on Friday.

The document shows that Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, son of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, was born on May 6 at the private Portland Hospital in Westminster.

Mother Meghan Markle initially wanted a home birth, according to multiple reports.

The certificate was delivered to the new parents at Frogmore Cottage, reported People.

Prince Harry's job is listed as 'Prince of the United Kingdom' and Markle's as 'Princess.'

The news comes just ahead of the couple’s first wedding anniversary on Sunday.
