Rockefeller Center Christmas tree arrives in NYC

The Rockefeller Center Christmas tree is getting ready for its close-up.

The Norway Spruce was donated by the Asendorf and Puchalski family from Gardiner, New York.

The 78-foot tall, 47-foot in diameter, 10-ton tree was loaded onto a flatbed truck on Thursday.

It made its official arrival Friday morning at Rockefeller Center in Manhattan and will be lit for the first time on Wednesday, December 2.
