Report: Jared Fogle to plead guilty in child porn case

Former Subway spokesman Jared Fogle is expected to plead guilty to possession of child pornography charges, according to Fox59.com.

Fogle will take a plea deal, sources told Fox59, a TV station in Indianapolis. Federal officials are expected to announce the plea deal at a news conference on Wednesday.

His lawyer had no comment about the existence of a plea deal.

Federal agents raided Fogle's home in July and carried out boxes of materials, including computers and DVDs.
