Police seek gunman who shot 3 from bicycle in New York City
NEW YORK (AP) - Police are looking for a gunman who shot three men from a bicycle in New York City.
The shooting happened just before 3:30 a.m. Saturday on West 14th Street in the Chelsea neighborhood.
Police say three men in their 40s were standing on the sidewalk when a shooter on a bicycle rode by them and opened fire.
Two of the men were shot in the chest while the third was shot in the groin and abdomen. All are hospitalized and are expected to survive.
The block of West 14th Street between Eighth and Ninth avenues was closed for much of the morning while police investigated.
